Successfully completed investment projects
In 2016, in Shchuchin, a whey processing plant and production of whey-fat concentrate LLC Primemilk was commissioned, one of the most important projects of the State Program for Innovative Development. In the second quarter of 2017, the design capacity was reached – 70 tons of finished product per day.
Over the past few years, the Shchuchinsky District has become a key platform for the development of alternative energy. Solar power plants with a capacity of 1.26 MW, 2.5 MW and 1.15 MW were commissioned. The first 1.26 MW facility appeared in 2015 near the village of Rozhanka (Agrokhimsvet LLC). The project of the second solar power plant with a capacity of 2.5 MW was implemented by LogAl-Energo LLC in 2016, the volume of investments amounted to about 5 million rubles. In 2017, a 1.15 MW solar power plant was put into operation near the village of Rozhanka (Agrolight LLC). They annually receive about 5.5 million kilowatt-hours of electricity without harming the environment. In March 2020, Aerolight LLC implemented the project «Construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of 1.25 MW, transport and engineering infrastructure for it in the village of Yaselevichi, Shchuchinsky district, Grodno region». Objects do not occupy farmland - inconveniences are allocated for their placement, the territory of a former military airfield.
In July 2019, the investment project «Construction of an administrative building with built-in refrigerating chambers in the area of vil. Boyars of the Shchuchinsky District (Grodno Region)» of the joint limited liability company «Strawberry Plants». 5.2 million rubles were spent. The implementation of this project freed the enterprise from the need to rent buildings and bear the cost of rent and maintenance of buildings, and also significantly improved the working conditions of employees of Strawberry Plants JLLC, allowed for long-term planning of production activities, became an incentive to attract additional funds for modernization and expansion production of planting material and berries of garden strawberries.
In November 2019, the implementation of the LOGAL-BIO LLC project for the construction of an agricultural factory for growing mushrooms on the territory of the former airfield was completed. Types of new products produced: fresh cultivated chilled champignons. The final product meets the standards of the most developed countries. Invested about 18 million rubles. About 220 jobs have been created.
In February 2020, the investment project «Construction of a retail facility at the address: Shchuchin, st. Zavodskaya «LLC «Santa Retail», which involved the construction of a store of food and related non-food goods of daily demand, with a total area of at least 1,200 square meters, including a retail area of at least 650 square meters, with the operation of a confectionery and culinary workshops production of products of its own production (bakery and confectionery products, meat and fish semi-finished products, etc.). Invested in the project 3 million 333 thousand rubles. 56 new jobs were created.
In April 2021, Primemilk LLC implemented the investment project «Reconstruction of the main production building in terms of installing a soft cheese production line, installing equipment for a receiving and washing area, installing whey storage tanks, installing preparatory equipment for a hardware section, installing a pre-mixing unit for milk whey. with fat, located on the territory of the plant for the production of whey and fat concentrate in Shchuchin.» This project will allow the release of new products (soft cheese «Ricotta», dry whey demineralized to SD-90) with high added value; rationally and fully use the raw materials of the dairy industry, including the processing of milk curd whey (currently not processed) and significantly increase the cash income from the processing of 1 ton of raw materials; to reduce the cost of 1 ton of finished products manufactured by LLC «Primemilk»; create 25 new jobs. The volume of investments amounted to more than 22 million rubles.
